### 3. Orders & Payments
- All orders are subject to acceptance by the restaurant
- Prices are set by the restaurant unless otherwise stated
- Payments are processed securely through Stripe
- By placing an order, you agree to pay all applicable fees
Fees may include:
- Delivery fee (percentage-based, e.g., ~12%)
- Small order fee (if applicable)
- Distance-based fees (if applicable)
All fees will be shown before checkout.
